SUMMARY

A sales professional with 2 years’ experience in sales or customer service

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Identify solutions and create proposals based on customer requirements

2. Interpret blueprints and design sketches for customer

3. Communicate with customers regarding product applications and customer service issues

4. Work with Engineering and CAD departments to provide customer submittals

5. Enter Documents and Data into CRM and ERP software

6. Review POs and submit to order entry for processing

7. Gather information for return authorizations and no charge orders

8. Other duties as necessary

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

1. 2 years of sales experience or customer service, preferably in the manufacturing area

2. Ability to read basic blueprints

• Strong communicator with excellent verbal and written skills
• Ability to work in a team as well as work independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word

6. Excellent time management skills

7. Attention to detail

8. Strong organizational skills

9. Must be able to meet and exceed sales goals

Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Sitting at a desk, walking around office and may need to lift light items.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 per hour
